| Attorney O'Keefe has 27 years of experience in civil litigation, real estate conveyancing, and estate planning. His background and experience include insurance defense litigation in the areas of product liability, professional liability, industrial accident claims, and insurance coverage disputes. His trial experience includes trials in various Superior and District Courts throughout Massachusetts, New York, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. His extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate includes Land Court matters, title insurance claims, boundary and zoning disputes, and landlord tenant matters. Over the past 15 years Attorney O'Keefe has been an active member of the Beverly Kiwanis Club as past-president and Delegate to the Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Institute. Since 2003 he has been an adult leader of the Hamilton Boy Scout Troop 35. From 2006-2012 he was an elected Member of the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District School Committee. He has devoted his time and expertise to the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary and is a volunteer driver for Senior Care. Since 1993 Attorney O'Keefe and his wife Beverly have made their home in Hamilton with their three children. He and his family are active members of St. Paul's Church.
